Advanced body work and therapy

Thai Massage: This treatment brings movement back all the joints of the body, lubricating muscle, tendon, ligament and nerve. This is assisted Yoga! Trained in Thailand and Burma.  

Myo therapy: Table massage that also has movement with trigger point for tight, or short muscles. Training PTMC and SWIHA.

FST- Fascial Stretch Therapy: This is passive and active stretch with “PNF” Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation. with this program you will gain more flexibility for chronically tight tissues.

Trained in level 1 and 2 FST 

Cranial Unwinding: Dives into the autonomic, parasympathetic nervous system. Releasing cranial bones and sacrum to balance the whole spinal cord. Unwinding takes place in the fascia, dural tube and meningeal covers of the brain. “dura mater, arachnoid mater and pia mater.” 

Cupping and Fire Cupping: This treatment complements all the other treatments. It works on pulling up the tissue moving the fascia and muscle to break up scar tissue. 

Gua Sha or Scraping: This is designed to break down any inhibition in the tissues below the epithelium or surface skin layer. Helping in recovery in injured or torn tissues.

Wet Cupping or Bloodletting: used with cupping to bring oil stasis out and rejuvenate underlying issues. Great for old injuries and scars including arthritis.

Shirodhara: An Ayurvedic head oiling treatment. Great balancing the prakruti. Shirodhara can relieve head, brain, neurological tramas. Great complement to this treatment is Nasya oil for nasal cleansing.

Panchakarma or Snehan-Abhyanga: Detox body treatment. With the use of dosha ready oils, they are massage into skin and marma points are activated. the infrared sauna and or steam sauna is used after oil to purify tissues. After detoxing 30 mins in sauna treatment a special blend of herbs are scrubbed all over the body. Then you are to rinse and relax.

Foot Ionization: Detox that is noninvasive, gentle for the whole system. Great at diving deeper into just what organs might be holding toxins or are just a little sluggish. The water will pull a color that is associated with an organ or heavy metal purge.
