Guided Mindful Meditation

Guided Mindful Meditation addresses the sub-conscious mind, over-riding the conscious habitual mind, in a way that the body, mind and spirit can respond to the root cause and condition of the current state of being. This state arises from events that have transpired throughout time. These events can include personal, family, financial, spiritual, health, relationship and many more. A dialogue often begins by pin-pointing the difficulties in the emotional response mechanism. People tend to live in a fight or flight response. Hypnotherapy gives them the opportunity to rest, digest and assimilate the pieces that may have once been scattered.  Often barriers are put up as a protective response to past pain. When the sub-conscious is directly addressed in the language from which it learns, these walls no longer exist, the root is fully exposed and transformation ensues. Incredible results are often obtained from the first session.
